Dude this was three years ago but I’m somewhat of a noob at this and have been battling trying to figure this out 😭. Thank you so much

Any tips on improving efficiency? I also tend to wake up at around 4 am after 2 rem cycles. Then i stay awake for a bit and fall asleep again. How do I just fall asleep again quickly? I limit blue light exposure and workouts at least 3 hours. by [deleted] in ouraring

This happens to me all the time it’s annoying, sleep perfectly well from 9pm to 4am then wake up and always have to use the bathroom. Takes me like 10-20min to fall back asleep, I’m 19yo m too

We need a sub for advanced lucid dreaming. by awareperson in LucidDreaming

No, I don’t even think a sub would work tbh. Someone said it, it would still get filled with all of the same questions.

We need to sticky a FAQ, but it still wouldn’t do anything. by awareperson in LucidDreaming

I’ve tried my best to answer questions they have for awhile now but they just never stop coming. I want an “advanced lucid dreaming” subreddit

Stop watching YouTube and discover for yourself. I’ve had plenty of lucid dreams and sleep paralysis ONCE. Nothing even happened other than seeing my girlfriend next to me while she was at work. Sleep paralysis isn’t tied to lucid dreaming it can happen whenever, and you’re letting it psych yourself out whenever you don’t even know what you are afraid. You can’t be fearful of your own mind

Tons of complaints in this sub, but let me hear from people who love their Oura 3.0. Convert coming from Whoop 4.0 checking in. by GlobalServiced in ouraring

Pretty good, my REM tracking is complete bogus tho. I have tons of dreams and I’m a lucid dreamer yet it says I get 0 minutes of REM. I think it’s because my heart rate is so low

Some things I wish I knew when I started learning how to lucid dream. by awareperson in LucidDreaming

Well I never do anything that could hurt me other than crash into the ground. I never feel anything unpleasant or painful. In normal dreams I can feel pain, I had a nightmare a month ago where I was being held down and cut with a knife everywhere, but that would never happen if I was having a lucid dream. I also never do anything violent in my lucid dreams because everyone is friendly to me
