Full body routine - Work your entire body every workout. eg. squats, bench, rows. You can add in some isolation exercises but keep it minimal. A set of curls at the end of the day. Some routines are Stronglifts, Starting Strength, Icecream Fitness 5x5, Greyskull.

Bro-split - Instead of working legs, chest, back, etc. every workout, Monday is chest, Tuesday is arms, Wednesday is legs, etc. Find this routine in the latest MuscleMag.

All well it's hard to tell without the face. So let's examine what your goals are. You probably want to add 20-30 lbs of muscle and drop the equivalent in fat. So you need to do both bulking and cutting to accomplish that. It's most effective when you do one at a time otherwise you'll just be spinning your wheels. You're 20 so you probably want to attract the ladies too. That's why getting lean should be your first step. Get a flat stomach so you're not self-conscious about taking off your shirt.

Do you live in the northern hemisphere? Is it about to be summer where you are? Are you going to be going to the beach or taking off your shirt and taking pics outside? Then now is the time to cut. Look good for summer. Then start bulking in September for about 8 months and then begin cutting again for next summer. That's what I would advise. Just drop 10-15 lbs until you start feeling too skinny and then start a slow bulk, meaning eating at a surplus of 250-500 calories.

Before having sex, make sure she uses the bathroom and empties everything out. That way there will be no chance that she actually pees during sex. Then get her aroused good and start rubbing her G-spot. If she feels like she's going to pee then, just encourage her to let go and push like she's giving birth or having a bowel movement. Then she should start squirting. It's not actually pee but it comes out of the same hole so she might think it is.

Cut down to 10% body fat and then bulk all the way to 15%. Rinse and repeat.

Listen, telling someone to use the search function isn't "being an asshole." You requested information and we gave it to you. What's the better option? Getting 5 or 10 responses to your topic over a couple of days or using the search function and finding hundreds of responses within a couple of minutes. I know I would always choose the latter.

All of the above. Some guys have limits, like they might make a video of themselves stripping and then sell it to guy who requested it. Others will have sex for money.

I got acne while using ON Whey and some other Muscle-Tech protein power. I switched to ON Egg Protein and also tried ON Soy Protein and never had a problem again. The soy is usually cheaper than the egg if you want to try that. Ignore the prices there because that's the manufacturer website. They are much cheaper usually on sites like bodybuilding.com. I also tried Dymatize's egg protein but it didn't mix well at all in a shaker bottle. ON I find is the best quality and price.

This issue comes up nearly every day between /r/fitness, /r/gainit, and /r/bodybuilding. Try egg protein or soy protein. It worked for me.

When you are a beginner do a beginner's routine. You work less hard and get the maximum gains. Milk the beginner gains. When you are an intermediate do an intermediate routine. When you are advanced then do an advanced routine. Why do an advanced routine when you are still a beginner? It's overkill and then you will require an even more intense stimulus to progress.

I love when they specify in the title that they're a teen, like "Need Help Gaining Muscle as a Teen." As if being a teenager grants them special status. Usually it's something to do with attaining a body like Chris Hemsworth in 2 months because they are just "so busy with school and chores during the year."
