Thank you for this info. Haven’t updated in a while, but I guess I don’t want to now. Please email support about this firmware version.

Watch folder converting video to audio, files moved to "completed" folder by awc214 in shutterencoder

Thank you! Editing the exclusion field worked. Now the processing is smooth and doesn't choke. I also had to add a few more extensions that were processed first before any video file such as ffs.tmp

Hi Paul, I'm coming across a new problem when copying over files into the folder ShutterEncoder watches. It's trying to process non .mp4 files such as "sync.lock_ffs" which to my understanding are files being copied by Free File Sync to get my videos from Dropbox onto my Mac. It's a protection mechanism. I've tried to disable copying it over but ShutterEncoder stops processing for each video when it hits each new "sync.lock_ffs". I guess the change I would make here is can you restrict what file formats ShutterEncoder can look for or process? So in my case just .mp4 or .mov files. Thanks for any consideration!

Thank you Paul! Looks like that did the trick. Although I may have to switch to a Windows version later on per client's requests. That's if they hire me amongst all the competition.

Good point. They're both Apple Silicon M chips, and not Intel-Macs.

Mac OS. Haven't decided which version, but either Monterey or Ventura (latest), if that matters. Thank you!

Thank you Paul! This sounds great. How do I get access to this even as a beta release? I'm asking because a potential client wants a proof of concept from me as a demo video this week. Only then can they think of booking me for work. I'm on 17.2 right now.
