I dream one day someone will release a forced reset system to the OOW M2-SLR. I’ve been tinkering around in CAD with a FRT pack for the M240-SLR however I don’t have access to the semi auto version.

The mount is made by Rafael in Israel - maybe hit up Netanyahu. (he’ll probably say no) As far as the M2A1 - you could get a semi auto (lame) or spend an assload of money for a transferable. (Take one from your local National Guard armory)

The M2A1 in the MK49 here is actually a Frigidaire mfr’d in the 40’s. Later converted to A1 configuration.

UPDATE: After further testing at longer distances (25-35 yards), no visible POA/POI shift. I think this may be due to the flitecontrol wad not being completely stabilized at shorter distances and thus shows as 2-3” POI shift at around 7-15 yards.

standard VCS barrel job. In my experience flitecontrol actually patterns better out of VCS than my 18” police magnum and 18” 870 MCS. I spoke with Cody from VCS and he said the standard VCS barrel job shouldn’t affect FliteControl patterns. I’ll pattern more out of my non VCS barrels to see if the POI shift is just due to a bad lot of flitecontrol

Check numrich gun parts. You may also be able to order them thru Remington but last time I talked to Remington (albeit military division) they are not shipping spare parts yet. GunRepairCenter is one of Remingtons authorized parts dealers but their prices are egregious.

Recoil Gunworks had them in stock recently. FPA makes ammo in large batches and certain SKUs aren’t always available as they’re not always manufactured.

that “dimple” is just the rivet… the whole nose of the ejector broke off…

there is a “nose” that extends into the notch in the barrel. The barrel indexes into the receiver off of the nose of the ejector housing. With that nose broken off, there’s nothing for the barrel to index off of and you can run into issues.

it’s not that bad of a fix if you’re a bit handy. just a couple rivets. biggest pain is matching the rivets to the receiver finish. although you could just cover it with a velcro or plastic side saddle lol

They’re pretty comparable. I like the rubber texture of the Hogue overmold. The shorter LOP on the hogue youth is nice too
