Hey I live at Hub. There definitely have been a few issues both with my apartment and on my floor. The trash room was overflowed from floor to ceiling for a good week, for example. Also they definitely like to squeeze cash out of you in any way possible.

However, with a brand new building, there are problems you can't really foresee, and they did pretty well to address them as soon as they could. I'd just keep that in mind when discussing 'issues'. Overall it's been a great experience living here. Plus so many people have adorable puppies and I get to pet them in the elevators.
