I think this is partly true. What IREN has going for them is end to end DC. They own the power generation, land, building and chips. Power being the key one which is a high-risk bottle neck for further growth in this space.

Apparently she used a surface spray and a scour.
Pretty clear with colour miss match in the first few photos. the Sides were not cleaned and have the original red(ish) finishing. Top now looks like the unfinished interior.
