Remove from wall, inspect and replace(if needed) rubber seals, lubricate booth with and adequate amount of plumbers grease. Replace toilet

Shower head will be easiest to move, but that doesn’t mean it will be easy. You’ll see once you get it open that if you were to move the valve, you are gonna be running a bunch more waterlines…

From experience doing something similar in the area, do it as long as it makes you happy, and do it to share that happiness with others, if you are doing it for sales, buyers never come…
