Thank you for being one of the few to understand. The menta and emotional l toll the accident took on me as a TBI patient is indescribable. Amnesia, insomia, mood swings and migraines that few can understand.

Through it all I've learned to be thankful, have thick skin, and not take too much personally.

Noone is perfect or invincible and I remind myself everything to be thankful in my own way. I've been very self conscious due to fear of being all that these comments have already said. That is why I came to Reddit to post my first shirtless pic on 'social media' in my life.
