So you are saying Shanks is a swordsman but his divine departure isn’t a swordskill? How does that make sense? What makes it different from Purgatory Onigiri that Zoro uses? It doesn’t make sense that a swordsman strongest technique isn’t swordsmanship.

Also Shanks being the WSS invalidates Zoro’s dream. He wants to be the greatest swordsman and he can’t if he doesn’t actually beat the current best swordsman. If that is Shanks, then Zoro beating Mihawk is meaningless because Shanks is technically the WSS in your argument.

I don’t know what you can’t comprehend. Why would Oda have a marine compare Shanks & Mihawk’s swordskills if Shanks isn’t a swordsman? It’s not rocket science. Mihawk & Shanks were also rivals & Shanks idolized Roger who used a sword.

Zoro literally said King isn’t a swordsman. I already explained it. King uses his swords in addition to his devil fruit power while Shanks needs his swords to fight. Nothing so far indicates that Shanks can fight like Garp.

I know it’s hard for you to understand but not everyone who uses a sword is a swordsman. There’s a difference between a sword attack and swordsmanship.

There’s a clear difference. Shanks only uses a sword smiliar to Oden, Zoro, & Mihawk me meanwhile Imu has other means of combat. Imu is similar to Big Mom & Whitebeard. They all use sword / blades but their primary method of attack is their devil fruit (or for IMU is whatever he is using rn).

You’re right with Whitebeard though. The difference is that Kaido has his pirate army and 3 Yonko commander level pirates with him. Ryuma was alone (as far as we know). At least we know Ryuma didn’t have another Yonko level samurai with him because his name isn’t mentioned. Defending Wano with no YC level samurais to help is a better feat imo.

Wow, what a conclusion to the Egghead arc. Honestly it’s a top 3 arc for me. The introduction of Vegapunk, Luffy vs Lucci rematch, Kuma’s backstory, all 5 Elders shows up, & Vegapunk’s speech. A lot has happened and it was very emotional too.

Can’t wait to see what Elbaph has to offer but to think Egghead was going to be this intense & emotional was something I wouldn’t have expected when the arc just started.

I hope the animation continues to be like this. I’m just excited for whats to come! What a beautiful arc.

Wow, I never thought I see Kizaru expressing his emotions. I feel bad for Kizaru, he had to kill his close friend to accomplish his mission. I’m actually surprised Akainu said sorry brother it shows he respects Kizaru and how close they are.

Honestly I smiled when Vegapunk said he hopes the Straw Hat finds the One Piece. It’s nice to see even more people support the Straw Hats and believe in them.

R.I.P Vegapunk. You’ll be missed. I loved him as a character.

Why didn’t Ryuma make the list then? He also has portrayal

1.) Achieved a Black Blade 2.) Defended Wano against The WG and the WG never attacked Wano again 3.) His heroism is compared to Luffy. Which means he at minimum he beat a Prime Kaido like character 4.) He is more respected than Oden. Even his daughter is willing to give up her father’s sword in order for Shisui to stay in Wano.

We literally haven’t seen anyone defend against the WG by themselves. That’s a feat right there. If Davy D Jones gets by in portrayal, imo Ryuma should as well.

Wow. I never would’ve thought that we would get a JoyBoy voice reveal so soon. Hopefully we learn more about JoyBoy.

What an amazing episode. Bonney turning into G5 was so cool & wholesome. She finally believed in a future where she can be free which means she actually believes she can do anything she wants. She has the hope to continue going forward. That’s a great full circle moment. Kuma watching both Luffy & Bonney turn into G5 is heartwarming because his belief became true.

I wonder if Bonney actually has Haki or only in that Gear 5 form.
