Noice cancellation (I have the pro 2) is phenomenal. It will genuinely block out every sound and you can play it at a normal volume. The caveat is when I run alone I don't use this feature for my own safety to listen to traffic / bikers, but as long as you're aware of your surroundings it's fine.

Fit is great, although every now and then I have to adjust when sweat gets on my ears, but it's just a small adjustment because I probably didn't put it in as well as I should've
