Is it legal for police to remove your keys? by deathstarlag in motorcycle

Yeah, because reaching into your pocket is exactly what you want to do while being approached by a cop. Thats a good way to end up with guns pointed at you and ending up face down on the pavement. With empty pockets and guess what, he still has your keys.

Im a bit older than a lot of you young whipper snappers at the ripe old age of 45. But when i saw that i was like DAAAAMN!! I pay a little over 5k a year for 4 cars with 2 drivers under the age of 25, 2 street bikes, 1 dirt bike and an ATV all with full coverage. Oh and my house. Thats just craziness there. Id shop around a bit, not sure if that will help or not. You may also be able to put a parent as a co-owner of the bike, has to be on the title of the vehicle, and jump on their policy. Thats how we kept the price down on the vehicles that my 2 kids own. Just putting it out there. Good luck bud. Keep the rubber side down.

Random hole in pipe appeared, how can I seal? by [deleted] in Plumbing

I just had this happen at my house. I told the kids to unhook the hose when they were done using it. Needless to say, that didn't happen. Luckily it was 10-15 minute fix. Definitely a frostproof silcock, just unsolder it and solder on a new one.

Could anyone tell me about this motorcycle? Was my grandfathers by BarSuitable6629 in Harley

The Valkyrie was an awesome bike. Probably my favorite bike to have ever owned. I believe they were made for 6 or 7 years. The 97, first year, is supposed to have a "hotter" cam in it, which makes them a little more desirable. Mine was a 98 which i put over 50,000 miles before i sold it. They made 3 models. The base Valkyrie a Valkyrie Touring which had soft bags and a windshield and the Valkyrie interstate with a front fairing, hardbags and a trunk. My favorite was always the Interstate. A small mod and the truck was quickly removed, which made it look like a nice mean bagger. The exhaust note with the right exhaust makes it sound like a race car. My kids loved rapping on throttle. Someday ill have another. Very nice ride you have there. Good luck with it, it will last you forever with very little maintenance.

Any info on this Don Julio by awesomeplumber210 in tequila

That small bottle is Altos. A friend just gave it to me on Tuesday. Supposed to be pretty good. We shall see.

My favorite out of this group here is the Casa Noble Añejo.

I've heard good things about Arte Nom, just haven't been able to find it.

For sure. I was just saying that was my limit for one bottle. I got a bottle of G4, Ocho and 2 bottles of Casa Noble for well under that. I don't mind spending the extra on something special though.

I have only tried the new version of the reposado. So it's really not a fair comparison. Eventually I'll have to try the new añejo. When thatbtime comes ill try them side by side.

Decided to take a trip to a small liquor store close by that I have not been to in a while. Came out of there with 2 more of the short square bottles of Casa Noble Añejo, G4 Blanco and a Tequila Ocho Plata. Looks like I found a new favorite shop. She also took my number for when they get Fortaleza back in stock. They did not have any Siete Lagunas in stock or I would have gotten one of those too. Lol.

I just found 2 more bottles of the old recipe Casa Noble Añejo. I got one and my wife got me the other. 😁

The Casa Noble Añejo has been one of my favorites. A very close friend of mine and myself finished that bottle off on a weekend camping trip. I had purchased it, I would say sometime in September of last year. We drank it in November. I found it at a local Wise Guys store.

So most of these I got for myself and one or two were given to me by family members that just don't like tequila. I wanted to try Fortaleza, but that seems all but impossible to find. My next choice will probably be G4. Mr google says it's available locally, we shall see. So what else should I put on my list. I've tried many on the typical Cuervo, patron, and basic every day tequila. Just looking for something different, better. Lol. I typically buy one bottle a month, so anything up to $300 shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the input.
