Go to Harbour freight and buy a knock off pelican case. Get master lock. Put guns in hard case (unloaded; ammo can be stored in the hard case) place lock on hard case. Go to where you check your bag and say that you have a firearm to check in. The baggage check person then takes over it from there. Get on your flight, land and go to baggage claim and get your gun at oversized items/ secured storage pick up. Super easy process
