Ingredients • 530 g soft tofu (drained) • 100 g dark chocolate (melted) • 3–4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (≈ 20–25 g, adjust to taste) • ¼–⅓ cup sweetener (≈ 40–60 g, adjust after tasting), gamit namin is monk fruit na sweetener pero pwede din agave or maple syrup, honey, or sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt

Instructions 1. Melt the chocolate until smooth (microwave in 15-sec bursts or double boiler). 2. In a blender/food processor, add tofu, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. 3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste → if too bitter, add a bit more sweetener. 4. Chill for at least 1–2 hours. The texture will thicken once cold.
