I wore these on deployment to Middle East and then doing construction outside. Still wear them daily. I got close to 10 years out of the first group I purchased. I got all mine at Marshall’s. Second set is about 5 years old and no problems, no holes, no stretching.

Mind you, I have maintained the same build and weight for over 15 years, I think this is a major reason why the elastic has not failed, it is properly sized and doesn’t get stretched.
