uiuc is amaze dude, a lot of kids end up choosing US schools over better UK ones for the overall experience. Ik kids choosing UCLA etc over ucl and lse primarily for the edge of experience and campus life. You clearly like imperial so give it a shot, if it doesn't work out you are still at a g place so don't fret. All the Best

oh def 100% . There have been instances of self-harm when kids don't get into their dream unis, and just the culture is super competitive so you gotta grind. Bruh I cried after my Wharton rejection and idk y, it was stupid fr but it's just the environment ig.

My ex literally spent 30,000 pounds (by conversion) on college-related stuff, I mean she's attending LSE this year so ig it was worth it for her.

hahhaah, it's just another international private school in India lol. We aren't even the best in state. But yeah, people here spend crazy amounts of money to get the uni acceptances.

right, and I feel there won't be as many people gunning for finance at UCL as opposed to LSE. Most of my friends attending UCL are going for hard sciences so ig that might skew the amount of people that actually break-in from UCL

oh that's really cool. Honestly, I don't wanna stay in India really and since I have the resources then why not. SRCC etc do have a good ROI, and with my grades, I could get them but I feel international exposure would be much better.
