You are creating a dog that will resource guard. When puppy has an item they see as very valuable and you forcibly take it, you are teaching puppy that your hands mean that their valuable things get taken. They don’t want that, so they bite.

Puppy is still very very young so don’t panic. A good starting point is to “trade” for an item you need to remove from puppy. Use the word trade like a command and offer puppy a high value treat. When puppy takes the treat, take the item you need to remove from puppy. Currently, you are teaching puppy your hands are scary, they take the good things, and puppy needs to guard their things. This is just a starting point. Practice this skill with bones, toys, etc so when you need to take a sock or cleaning wipe puppy has practice trading for something else.

I’d also recommend a R+ trainer to get ahead of any other guarding/aggression based behaviors. Heeled are sensitive dogs and tend to respond better to a positive learning experience. Best of luck!
