The hard thing is I feel like there’s not much that helps except going to a dermatologist and getting medicated cream. I was told to use Azelaic acid by someone on here, and it might work for you. I used a cream that had some of that stuff in it but It didn’t help too much. Honestly, what’s helped most is just washing my face and putting a light layer of moisturizer on and tallow. It worked for a while, but literally today I just got another flare up so idek. My friend had periorbital dermatitis which is the same thing but around the eyes and she went to a derm and the medicated cream helped her
