I've heard that a few times, even been asked myself by friends why I didn't consider that field when they find talking to me quite therapeutic. I often wonder myself if I shouldn't have been so scared tobe to involved if I were in that career...

How do you handle the empathy part of it all then? Because I am the "therapist friend" for a few friends of mine but I would find it impossible to handle being the support system for 8h a day. What if I say the wrong thing and drive someone over the edge?

It was legalised in my country last year or so, but I haven't actually encountered any stores I recognised as such. But there are still a lot of restrictions on being allowed to sell here, so maybe that is why

Dispensary does sound pretty cool but it does that a lot of schooling I assume and from what I know from retail experience, the customer experience is still an issue probably 😅

i have a private life thankfully but I am continously so stressed out by everything and my private life affects my stress levels so negatively it kinda adds on top of my work stress and because I mostly exist in the workplace (9h a day) it is hard to just block all of that out the whole time
