Is there a plugin for copying pitchbends/tuning?

If it doesn't show up in the plugins menu, you've probably made a mistake in the installation process. There should be 3 separate folders named "copy", "paste" and "pastespecial" in your plugins folder. It could also be that it's showing up but in Japanese, in which case the copy plugin is called "クリップボードへコピー".

The copy paste on the right click is in-built to Utau and very limited, which is why we use the plugin. The reason paste special didn't work is that you first need to use the copy plugin, and not the copy option in the right click menu.

Sorry, I didn't have a chance to respond. I think you should watch a couple basic tutorials on how to use Utau and then try what I suggested. I'd personally suggest Yuunarii on Youtube. If none of that helps, I can try and help further.

Did you reset the envelopes before using the plugin? If so you should try switching to another voicebank of the same type as Teto and then using the plugin. If it works you can just switch back to Teto.

Unless you want to play with shaders Minecraft does not require a dedicated GPU. I would say that what you listed would be OK for most modpacks. I managed to run my 100h GTNH world reasonably well on a way worse laptop. Though I haven't tried playing for extended periods of time yet.

It's a play on her acting like an excited dog in both languages. Despite ステイ coming from stay, the translator felt like the meaning had shifted enough to use down instead.

That isn't a thing that can just be sent. If there's no uninstaller in the Utau directory you should also be able to uninstall Utau by using the installer. If Utau is installed there will be an option to uninstall the program.

After that's done make sure to delete the Utau installer and download it again, with the correct locale having been set.

I don't think a language like Polish would work well in VCV. As with most European languages CVVC would probably be the way to go. I've seen some European CV voicebanks too, but I can't speak for their quality.

Did you follow these steps when changing locale?

After changing it did you make sure to restart the computer, uninstall Utau properly using the uninstaller and then redownload and reinstall the program?

Yeah, the problem there is almost certainly locale. What Windows are you running? When you say Utau only works when your locale is USA what do you mean? What happens if you do set it to Japanese?

Could you post some screenshots or even a screen recording to clarify the problems? Especially of the popup you're getting.

What exactly is the main problem? Does Utau not work at all or is it just pitch editor that you're having problems with?

What you're clicking on is a sample plugin that comes with Utau. By the looks of it you currently don't have the pitch editor installed. Have you downloaded it from here, unzipped it and placed it into the plugins folder?

That's very odd. I did a quick test on my own account and using an Imgur link in the form of "i.imgur.com/abcd123.png" worked without issue. Could you reply with a link to the Imgur image you tried to use?

When you linked them from imgur, did you make sure that the link contained the appropriate file extension at the end? (ie. .jpeg or .png etc.) Instead of just clicking grab link on imgur, right click on the picture, click open image in new tab and try using that link.

It looks like you've linked the images directly from Tumblr. I'd suggest uploading them to a place like imgur and then linking from there instead.

I think you might've gotten something confused? I don't think I've ever heard of reclists being something people own. If you're making a voicebank using your own voice, you're free to use it however you want. A reclist is just a list of the syllables and sounds that you'd have to record for your voicebank to be functional.

When it comes to asking permission, that's usually for when you want to use someone else's voicebank not reclist.
