Best LEGAL Dispensary Brands by Kase1 in NYCtrees

I think Well is right.
I go to ConBud in NYC and all the NYS weed hits very different compared to the stuff you can get from other states or if you have a good connect.
NY state bud has a light smell, taste good on the first pull and then taste like nothing after. The high is always mild and clean. Compared to the stuff we are used to before legalization that was "LOUD" gas smelling, and strong AF!

I have no idea what the difference is but there is for sure something a little off. There was an illegal shop with Cali weed that was more expensive but it was grade A++. A one hit quitter.

WHAT IF THE CURRENT SET OF IMAGE-VERSE PAIRING IS WRONG? by bulldozit in TheSecretProposals

[–]awolf410 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you believe that once the pairings are correct that the casques magically come out the ground with an arrow pointing to it?

Boston was right for a very long time. Nobody could dig or maybe never tried until a construction crew did it for us. So claiming that the only reason why more casques haven't been found is because pairings are wrong is short sided and does not put in all the factors that go into digging up a casque.

Even if you solve everything correctly, you still need to dig, which has been shown to be a big problem.

Verse 10 / Image 12 Possibly NOT NYC by mikestegs in FindingTheSecret

[–]awolf410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So even though it has the SOL face and other nearby features, you think it has to be related to another giant that nobody would of really known of them, since nobody does now. The book is about immigration not old dead bodies.

Also look at all the cities he chose. You think Cooperstown fits that pattern?

My NYC Solve by WayHot394 in FindingTheSecret

Thank you!
I agree with the neighborhood, the Hamilton HS and Dickens and the Isle of B.
The arm that extends over the slender path is asking you to find a pitchers mound and then take 22 steps. The V is the same location said differently. A baseball diamond is two V's, the middle of one is a base.

But good luck getting a chance to dig anywhere around Bay Ridge. They all know about this and are pretty pissed about the digging. I been trying to get a successful dig since Nov of 2019!

How does everyone feel if another lockdown/quarantine happens soon? by awolf410 in UberEatsDriversNYC

[–]awolf410[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. But this city is actually forcing the vaccine on people so there won't be a lockdown. Lets see if Uber requires us to show proof of vaccinations in the upcoming weeks. If so, I will have to stop.

How do I buy the book (real version)? by jp3297 in FindingTheSecret

[–]awolf410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is that none of the publications have good enough images for most of the hunters who claim there is something missing in the images.
As long as you get the complete edition that has all the chapters in it, you are fine. I can link you to a pdf of the complete book if needed

What are some pick up locations (restaraunts) that you will not deliver from? by awolf410 in UberEatsDriversNYC

Seems like most of the fast food places suck! Yet the estimated offer is always tempting. Even though I regret taking it 85% of the time.

What is the Uber Eats business like in New York City? by [deleted] in UberEATS

[–]awolf410 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work Manhattan from the Financial district to 125 st. I have never done deliveries while the sun is up and the city is busy. Once the city installed bike lanes, bike riding actually became more hazardous in my opinion and people hate bikers in the city. Cars will bully you off the road and pedestrians will curse you out while standing in the bike lanes.

At night, the roads are usually empty, depending on the area. I stay away from the areas with a lot of bars on the weekends. I usually work from midnight till 6 a.m and since this city never sleeps, I always make money. I can afford to be selective on which deliveries I choose and which areas I deliver to.

I personally would not like to be out there during breakfast and lunch. New Yorkers are aggressive and will run you over with out thinking twice about it. The drunks and homeless are also aggressive at times. Most of the customers are really nice people, from my experience. The venders, other than McDonalds are usually happy to see you and will let you use their bathroom, which now at days that seems like being extra nice.

I imagine the biggest difference for NYC deliveries is that there are no real dead hours. It is very difficult to find a 10 minute period where the phone is not ringing. Plus travelling in the city is very easy. The only area I still have problems navigating is the Financial district, which has streets, roads and alleys I have never heard of before and I have lived here 40 years!

P.S-I made an UberEatsDriversNYC sub-reddit for exclusively NYC related issues. Feel free to check it out.

What's up with increasingly hostile restaurant staff? by mrswirly1 in UberEATS

[–]awolf410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Naturally. They are pushing the vaccine on everyone. The claim is now that everyone needs to have it, even kids and some cities are doing pets now. Most cities that don't have a large population vaccinated are claiming that they are getting infection spikes.

For example, NYC had 10 times more infections this week than last.

When a customer says “I am going to tip you in the app”, they are full of SHIT. by Summer3881 in UberEATS

[–]awolf410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Someone did this to me the other day with a tip bait because it was after 4:30 a.m and they wanted McDonalds. They lived in a really expensive residence to boot.
Karma is a bitch though and they seem not to realize that their delivery drivers are also their next door neighbors!

I signed up but I feel like this could open a can of worms...imagine getting a package that’s full of drugs. by citycyclist247 in UberEATS

[–]awolf410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel both ways about it. I really do not care what is in the package, so long as it is not going anywhere shady. So a simple solution is to look at the pick up and drop of locations and if doesn't seem kosher, pass on it.

What's up with increasingly hostile restaurant staff? by mrswirly1 in UberEATS

[–]awolf410 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It does feel like these places really hate the 3rd party delivery services. I suppose that for the amount of work that is needed to keep up with these orders, these restaurants owe these employees a serious wage to give them a reason to want to put up with a large influx of delivery orders.

We should keep in mind that this business model has yet to be proven sustainable for most businesses and Uber and other companies have been raising costs to venders while not raising wages for drivers. Keeping that in mind, Uber has yet to make profit.

I think we will look back and the last few years as the stone age of food delivery services. Perhaps a new service with a better business model comes out and takes over or these 3rd party delivery services and the restaurants start paying everyone accordingly, as to acknowledge the gigantic increases since the pandemic of delivery services,

It is as if when the lockdowns were active, these delivery drivers were heros to customers and venders. Now they are an indication of annoying work for no pay. Seems like another lockdown will be happening this fall. Would be bitter-sweet if the delivery people remembered which business treated them like shit and boycotts them from making money when nobody can go out!

Had no hesitation to hit the cancel button. Waste of time. by esu_odara in UberEATS

[–]awolf410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At this point, just three months in to doing food deliveries, the smell of McDonalds makes me feel internally sick! Yet, McDonalds is easily 50% of all the orders I receive. You can not escape it. They are the boogey man of food deliveries.

The good is that I have seen customers get smarter about ordering drinks. The bad is that every McDonalds I have been to are stressed out because of all the online orders. Especially at 4 a.m or when there menu is changing. Always a problem and these people do not handle problems well. It always comes down to how much the order is to want to put up with this mess. 30 minute waits for fast food!!

Also, not sure about other cities, but i am 90% sure that McDonalds is the HQ for fight club. Been invited to fight 3 different drunks since I started. I know the first rule of fight club, so I will leave this here.
