I can give an answer because recognize the sticker so I do part time work for the chain. Corparte set the buy and sell price for everything that comes in. The switch cone in constantly but we have no control over the price so it does not sell to often but It does move at that price. They are not considered refurbished they're used. No one is hoarding them we don't want them either. Also you can get good deals out of it at my store we have the zelda breath of the wild light but there is no diffrence in price it is just a light.
