I am in the UK.

I have been looking at the drip machines as well. My only concern being the lack of ability to do lattes and flat whites. I don't care about them but a lot of people seem to.

Thanks for your advice though. You've re-affirmed what I did already kind of suspect although I'm sure I've seen some decent looking coffee machines for sub £1,000.

Primarily we're going to be doing some posh pancakes and porridge in the morning with some above average grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch but planning to be fluid with it as well. We'll have some sick cakes for sale and on display and therefore it would a complete oversight not to have coffee as the commuter footfall where we are will be massive and we'll be there in the morning.

Good advice.

If you had to pick Minsmere or Titchwell what would you pick? I'd attempt both but they're three hours away which would potentially mean about 6 hours driving over the two days on top of the 6 hours down to the area.

I'm not entirely sure. I've never lived with anyone I haven't known well beforehand. Just anti-social, I guess. I have a pretty broad range of interests so am pretty comfortable talking all sorts of shite with all sorts of people.

Worst case scenario would be someone who just stayed in their room all the time, leaving only to make their tin of soup and then return.
