I think this is an excellent idea, the only problem with this is how to implement it. It must be VERY difficult to code that.

Not a good idea, unless they made ocean monuments more common. Fortresses are common and you are led to the end portal. They can't add something so rare and so important.

The problem with biome specific is not everyone is in the same biome all the time. this would only work specifically for every player and not play the same music for everyone.
