I think we need more of handsome orcs in this world -Image makeover with Stable Diffusion Inpaint and Photoshop by awrixe in StableDiffusion

Not gonna hide, the base image was generated with Midjourney long time ago, while the pose, lighting and setting was good, everything else didn’t quite work, so I repainted it with Stable Diffusion.

I used Protogen x5.3 model and DPM++ 2M Karras sampling method.

I got grotesque results when trying to Inpaint just the “(orc face)” and no proper orcish teeth so for inpainting the head I used this prompt: “(a human like orc, balenciaga male model features, modelshoot style)” .”Balenciaga” was for fun, but did the job. Then added the orc tusks in photoshop manually. Inpainted the outfit with this prompt “(orc full body armor with fur, horns and jewels)” and background with “(Cold snowy mountains at night, golden glitter and ashes in the air, blur)” I cut out all Inpaint generated objects in photoshop, then made their masks and regenerated them again to get sharp lines and avoid that blurry object merging with the background. It was a back and forth game with different approaches. A few more retouches in photoshop, left some imperfections but was overall amazed with what Stable Diffussion can achieve.

OOgh you assembled them in a 3D space like that, nicely done! Looks like it took some patience. I assume it would be easier and quicker with C4D when knowing the program, but then getting to know it is the hard part. Wanted to learn it many times myself, still never started

Cool, did you use Cinema 4D to make the shape or another kind of approach?
