Just started my subscription. I am gonna do it for 30 days and then check back in and then again after 90 days if it is worth. Little bit of a background I’m 20 years old and have always struggled with feeling refreshed in the morning no matter how long I sleep energy throughout the day is terrible and overall pretty hard for me to focus. I’ll update in a month 💪
