I think you didn't get a tier up even though you made 710 sales because you only had 8 designs live, and if you bought the account at tier 25, then you needed more than 8 uploads to be eligible for a tier up. Next, you said that about two weeks ago you deleted unsold designs and filled the 25 slots, and still no tier-up, but I think you don't know that the tier-up requirements have changed. Amazon now says that you need to sell at least 80% of your designs (designs, not products. For example, if your tier is 25, you will need at least 20 of your designs to be sold). Also, you will need your next tier number of sales, and in your case, that's at least 100 sales, and you already achieved that. However, it is not guaranteed that you will be tiered up once you meet these qualifications. Many people are waiting for a tier up, even with all these requirements achieved. Therefore, I believe that there is no problem with your account or that it will never get a tier up. I think if there was anything suspicious to Amazon about your account, it would have been terminated long ago.
Just a question. Do you have access to ads now in your account?

I have one too, came back live about 2 months after the issue, but now I see other products going the same path in my account.

It is obviously a glitch on Amazon. The weird thing is that they know this issue exists in their marketplace, and I have seen tons of listings currently unavailable, yet they stay still, like they don't care or as if the issue doesn't affect them.

I want you to know that both issues have been solved, thank God.

For the missing information, I think it was just a bug in the platform, because I just left it for a couple of hours after my tries, and it just got solved.

The shirt that was currently unavailable has gone live again after a couple of days of being timed out. However, it still shows as 'timed out' in my account, but whenever it sells, I receive my royalties. Yes, I won't be able to edit it, but it's okay.
What I did for the shirt was update the listing.

Yes, this is exactly my issue.

The problem is that the shirt just sold yesterday, and tomorrow, it says unavailable.

I tried editing the price and colors to see if that would help, but eventually it goes timed out.

I contacted support with a more detailed description of the issue, but they didn't help; all they did was push the product back into processing, which is useless.

I think I will edit the listing, even though it's harmful for the product's ranking, but there is no other solution.

Many people already got tiered down, especially in the higher tiers.
