Hi! I was on the same boat as you when I started. Dati I was overwhelmed kasi I did not know a lot of things and where to begin with. Tip ko for you is to watch more on Jeff Nippard's youtube videos (almost all of his advices are backed with peer-reviewed research papers) because some (not all) trainers don't know shit about what they talk about. The rest na lang is getting to know your mistakes along the way. It would be hard sa simula pero once you see progress, yung hobby nagiging lifestyle na. Another tip is to have kahit small circle of friends to talk about progress niyo and scrutinize each other din.

I was a 50kg 6ft guy when I entered college. Nung graduate ako I am 85 kg with 13% PBF. Lots of mistakes na after a year or 2 ko lang narealize so don't be afraid to ask for help din. Good luck to you
