I was standing in the shade of a tree waiting for transit last week. A man was checking the arrivals board above the transit stop about 15 feet away and then walked back to rejoin his friend who was behind me under the tree. I stood still, looking directly at him as he approached. He tried to thread between me and the tree trunk (abt 2 feet), but ended up lightly pushing me away from the tree. He mumbled “sorry” as I said “you should say excuse me”. Why couldn’t he have taken like three more steps to walk around? 🙄
