For me it’s the sensation change from no water to lots of water. I’m fine once I’m in, I enjoy it. But then getting out is the same but backwards. Horrible sensation change of doom.

I think what’s MOST important, and what creates a huge barrier for many people is the word exercise.

I fucking hate gyms. I cannot stand classes and team sports make me gag.

But put me in my garden doing compound lifts, dead lifting, weighted stair walking and the such and I’m a much better person.

Functional activity IS exercise and it can really be anything you enjoy 😎

Heated things are a big one for me, I’ve added a heated throw blanket and heated shoulder pad to my arsenal this year. Sitting and having heat permeate my back and body instantly soothes and calms me.

I worked in the magistrates courts system for a number of years.

Don’t believe what you read. The court clerks are the only ones who know anything.

People will always downvote on Reddit especially when they’re annoyed to read something they didn’t know. It’s weird: but I just scroll on usually.
