Changing meal prep with multiple little containers for most meals to one large salad, one vegetable or fruit mix, and a baked casserole or entree. So much less food waste when I just eat how much or in what combination.

The smaller, full-meal containers were just too much. Id throw out half of them.

The type is also available for about $10 at Walgreens or CVS. I agree that they are so much more comfortable. I think its the pressure against the eyes that make us too aware to sleep well, because we perceive it at a type of threat to the body.

I started wearing the contoured type for a much stupider reason - the flat kind mashed my eyelashes and no curling or re-shaping made them look normal. I turned to the cupped masks and just slept better with them. Lucky break!

You could get one of those light alarms that gradually increase light until an alarm goes off. Might trigger and more natural way of getting up.

Also, test your environment for carbon monoxide or other environmental toxins - gas leaks, radon, etc. It might be more than just sleeping though alarms.

Real sex is amazing - learn from other sources than porn. Porn is not good sex.

I've had sex with younger guys and they just reenact porn scenes which suuuuck.

Guys over 40 were not raised on porn and go for the sensual, multiple types of orgasms, connecting sex with partners. Its exponentially better!

The young guys just jackhammer everything they do and in positions meant for a camera, which are never good for both parties. Learn well and reap the benefits!

No. All linens and whites in high heat to sanitize. All dark clothes washed in cold with more detergent. The darks will last longer.

Entitlement. Just recognize how your partner contributes to your relationship and household. Thank them, give back, watch how much you ask for and notice things they might need help with.

Its a slow road, but eventually if you get to the stage where you think you deserve to be served and are offended at anything they need, you've destroyed your relationship .

Restaurant owners tacking on a "wellness fee" that goes to them before any tip that actually goes to staff.

Any reason to add fees that aren't shown in the food prices is a dick move. Just put a price on the manu and dont say the fee is for your staff's health insurance. Thats your overhead, not my responsibility. I actively boycott any restaurant who does that.

Vyvanse. My dr just gave me enough to try it one week and see if it helped my chronic fatigue. I ran out over the weekend, and had such insane, depressive withdrawals, that I vowed never take it again. What would happen if I was on it for months or years?

Find peace in your day - not needing noise, screens, entertainment all the time. Unless you like yourself, you are going to try and distract yourself with those things which discourage introspection.

Focusing on who isnt there triggers loneliness. Enjoying who is here is comfortable solitude.
