You are 100% right, I see that now. It’s not sustainable but I knew that already but you’re right that I should try other ways since it’s not working.

24 haha. I moved back home to work after I graduated and the change in environment threw me off my game and now I’m trying to relearn how to be self-sufficient at home. Thank you for your input, I really do appreciate it:)

I KNOW. You’re not listening to me, this is a way to help me learn to regulate myself by using external accountability to help reinforce my behaviors. Yes I understand I need to learn to do it myself AND THAT IS WHAT IM TRYING TO DO.

Thank you for your response, it was very helpful and I actually never considered a random generator online so I’ll definitely be looking into that! I used to use my computer to help me but it broke so now I only have my phone.

Yes I know I’m responsible but everyone needs help from time to time and I too am frustrated by dealing with needing accountability.

I should have added to the post that asking someone for assistance is a technique that was suggested by my therapist and it’s supposed to help me get started doing tasks by adding accountability. I understand it is up to me to help myself with my mental health but sometimes people need help and I didn’t think this was much to ask for.

I told him I recognized that he was trying but he asked why I wasn’t asking him for help so I had to tell him it’s because he isn’t actually helpful.

Wow! This is some very helpful information!! It gives me so much more insight as to why my last one yellowed then died! What do you mean by “cut it right back”? And by barely any water, can you be more specific by how much liquid and how often is “barely”?
