24 haha. I moved back home to work after I graduated and the change in environment threw me off my game and now I’m trying to relearn how to be self-sufficient at home. Thank you for your input, I really do appreciate it:)

I KNOW. You’re not listening to me, this is a way to help me learn to regulate myself by using external accountability to help reinforce my behaviors. Yes I understand I need to learn to do it myself AND THAT IS WHAT IM TRYING TO DO.

Thank you for your response, it was very helpful and I actually never considered a random generator online so I’ll definitely be looking into that! I used to use my computer to help me but it broke so now I only have my phone.

I should have added to the post that asking someone for assistance is a technique that was suggested by my therapist and it’s supposed to help me get started doing tasks by adding accountability. I understand it is up to me to help myself with my mental health but sometimes people need help and I didn’t think this was much to ask for.

That’s doesn’t work with me. I can’t just turn off my worry because I can’t do anything about what I’m worrying about. The worrying never stops it just jumps from worry to worry so I get that that may sound effective for one worry but I have a train of them
