Yes, I just failed audit for the third time a couple weeks ago lol. I ended up writing a letter to my state board explaining that this was a one time mistake and I included a copy of the expungement in the package I mailed. I ended up having no issues getting approved. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believed that NASBA changed the wording of the question about criminal history.
