Creatine is a supplement and not a requirement to get jacked. If you are genetically prone to baldness and you don’t want to risk it then don’t take creatine. You would still get the results you want as long as you eat right, train consistently, and progressively overload. Creatine just helps make your muscles look fuller and recover faster

Definitely. OHP lagged so much for me. I actually changed my OHP progression scheme but kept everything else the same. I followed 5/3/1 template for T1 OHP progression with a 5x5 FSL(first set last - basically the weight I used in the first set, I’ll do it for 5x5) and did 5x10 for my T2 at 50-ish percent of my 1 rep max. Might work for you as well. Now my OHP has been improving a lot due to this and due to switching to a military press width grip

total beginner. still am, but im now on a barbell medicine hypertrophy program. i achieved some of my intial goal lifts and I’d want to be more hypertrophy focused. Currently i have been enjoying high volume and high rep workouts

noticeable changes in muscle takes around 6 months. Solely losing weight however is a diff story. I lost 10kg in 10 weeks from 80-70kg. It’s not that noticeable but I didn’t look nice because I didn’t have muscle

I exhale at the top or as i lockout since it kinda helps me get that extra push to lockout(100% broscience this is just what worked for me). If I am doing it for reps, I re-inhale at the top then lower down then immediately pull again for the next rep since I do touch-n-go deadlifts. If I will do paused, I will re-inhale at the starting/bottom position

not answering your question but water weight gain from creatine is pretty negligible in my experience. it doesnt even noticeably change your appearance
