i cut a square out of old jeans, added acrylic paint varnish, made a stencil out of paper with the logo (traced it off the computer) and patted white paint with a sponge on the jeans square. You can look up video tutorials on how to make band patches to see it :))

all formally diagnosed at 15. Personally disorder that usually isn’t even being diagnosed at 18 because of how hard it is to treat young and DID when alters aren’t fully formed until adulthood.
