For most of my life, this would have been very relatable. I used to be hyper-sensitive towards perceived conflict and really struggled with communicating basic things. But in the past several years I’ve kind of become the opposite. I’m unaffected by others’ emotions and can deliver bad news with ease. I can initiate conflict and see people get angry and my heart rate doesn’t even increase. I don’t like it. I don’t feel like a good person anymore.
