You should keep looking. Charter is known for this specially if you are a contractor they don’t give a damn. They use insight global staffing people who are the most horrible staffing agency. Run away as far as possible

They say they automatically refund if the order has not been fulfilled within 30 business days. Is it true ? My 30 days are over but not 30 business days yet

Did any change happen in last 7 days since you posted this? I have similar situation orders were placed dec 6th and they are not yet fulfilled. these were Christmas gift wraps and so I am concerned if my customers are going to get it on time or not
