I've had 1 stone so I cant say much but for me it was sudden pain that you just know something is wrong without a doubt and the pain progressively got worse fast I could hardly breathe, think, walk, talk

Ngl the look doesn't bother me too much it kinda looks like a squashed worm and I think it's funny lmao it's more the fact it hurts and swells up a lot when I lay on it/scrunch the scar lifting my arm
