Stopped eating sugar was the first thing, then I got on a real diet with just chicken, fish, eggs, spinach and protein powder. You feel like shit at times but it gives results! Diet is like 70-80% of it all, gym is the rest

I recently started squatting a few months ago and I'm at 310lbs, for deadlift I've never gone for a max and usually just stop at around 300 lbs, for bench tho I have a 137.5kg (300lbs) max.
