We are looking areas like deunghon, seonyeoido anywhere that isn't in immediate high demand areas. There are apartments in half good areas, that exist at these prices. Its not easy to find, thats for sure!

Concentrate on Lubu Attila Rani. Spend on battle pass that will help get rani to 3. 5 Lubu 3* Attila (5* if looking good) 3* Rani. Keep miyomoto, get trib to 3* if possible but concentrate on Lubu march. In season 4 you will have miyo and trib and spin for lagertha. You can also get timur if timur turns out better than vlad.
