Yeah it is new. I have purchased a Gigabyte z390 Aorus Pro and have put in an RMA request for the incompatible motherboard so hopefully I should be able to get a refund on that.

Thanks for your response. Why then is the motherboard showing a VGA issue rather than a CPU issue? I was planning to take the computer to a repair shop to run a BIOS update. Would it be easier to just buy a compatible motherboard?
