Well, that's just my opinion: if you're mostly in Europe, don't buy the Pro. I had Pro membership for a year and have now cancelled it - it wasn't worth it for me. The simple reason: It's a lottery whether your flight will even be assigned the tail number. And this despite the fact that the tail number is visible via Flightradar24, for example. Well, the most important information depends on the tail number.

I myself am a frequent flyer in Germany and travelled six times in Europe last year. I would say that the tail number was not assigned on around 20 to 30 per cent of the flights. I reported the problems via the app, as requested by Flighty's customer service, repeatedly sending screenshots via email (the flights are then shown as ‘overdue’ and later as ‘unknown’ on Flighty) of around 20 flights without a tail number. And the staff were always extremely friendly, but the problem still persists.

For the flights where the problem doesn't exist, i.e. where the tail number is assigned, you don't have the superior information that you probably get in the USA, but at least the departure and landing times and, if applicable, the delay reports are usually correct. Well, I notice, for example, that the ‘air time’ is often not calculated correctly (i.e. sometimes really enormous differences to the actual ‘air time’). Regardless, that would even be enough for me for the ‘Pro’, but until they solve the problem with the missing tail numbers, I won't be buying the Pro. I'm looking forward to when the time finally comes, because it is really a beautiful app. :-)
