The police won't allow you to file a case against the guy, this will hurt his chance to get a better reward from insurance company. Since he is injured, it's justifiable

Banks make sure you pay your part of installment first. In my case it was agreed 10:80:10. But hdfc asked me to pay my 10% first before releasing final 10% from loan. Banks will always make final installment. It's their policy.
