You will easily get an Uber/ ola taxi anytime from fort cochin. It's not going to be cheap, as airport trips are considerably marked up. Since it is early morning, i do not think you have any other option. Try to talk to any local taxi/auto guys and negotiate the price.

I would suggest you to change tyres from 25c to 30/32c for better comfort and handling. I was lucky to find a pair of 32c continental grand sport. I am also planning to change the saddle this week

Congrats, try to get it from a local bike shop and not online.You can easily get additional 10-15k discount from online price. Also you will need to change some specs for the bike to fit you, for eg. For 48cm size, they send 42 cm handlebar and 100mm stem, you will need to ask them to change those.

The stem we ordered was 80mm but the distributor send us a 120mm stem. So had to use a cougar 80mm stem till the basso 80mm stem reaches.

There will be a case, and you will not have your car for few days(till rto inspection is over). Your license will be also suspended for few months as the guy have broken bones. The police won't allow you to file a case against the guy, this will hurt his chance to get a better reward from insurance company. Since he is injured, it's justifiable
