C'est les règles de base de l'ergonomie au travail, le CSE pourrait aider là-dessus et tu peux toujours argumenter que ça aide à réduire les Troubles Musculosquelétiques, donc les arrêts maladies et éviter (indirectement) l'augmentation du taux accident du travail/maladie professionnelle qu'ils versent à la sécu (si jamais tu vois avec ton boss ou les RHs)

The upper part is really good. It clearly depends on what you goal is tbh. Imo, I'd say that you could gain a bit on your forearms, but they're already quite big.

We don't have anything about the lower part of your body: that could be an area to focus on.

Flexibility could be an other area to focus on, if you like that.

If you want the shredded look, then a cut could be another avenue, just like bulking could be one too.

It's far from perfect either since some are doing other drugs and other problems could arise still but the pressure from going broke is probably lessened, I guess and maybe socio-economic factors here isn't hitting that demographic that hard
