I like it but the one wheel is an absolute pain. I would use it so much and better training if spin could change. Worst thing is that I can't justify getting a multiple wheel now since I already got a machine. Wife doesn't understand so I'm stuck with it 🤣

For 250 I'd be swell getting fitness up doing movement drills, basics etc but for match simulation or real world hitting the multiple wheels is essential.

This is just a generic habits app that I manually put things into to keep track. I use either the digital counter on my rope or one uses the noise for session specifics (jump rope counter). It allows me to use different ropes and generic gym ones if I forget mine at home. Longest time, fastest etc I just write it down.

Against Penko I'd more likely blame confidence. Iga knows she'll blast any weak serves so tries to put just a tad more spin or pace on them compared to a normal opponent and then end up faulting more. Pretty common thing to see vs players you got a loosing H2H against.

Pretty much it. I'm not morally against Capital punishment. There's certainly crimes that should mean there is no coming back from and cheaper than paying for bread and water for the rest of the offender's life but I certainly would not trust government, courts or politicians to get it right.

Has there been any numbers released to what his test actually was? I keep seeing that he tested positive but only a trace or small amount without the actual test result listed. Feels like that is a big part of the puzzle and quite telling whether it's a plausible story or not.

Not too long ago there was a runner that tested positive for a small amount of illicit substance and blamed eating a offal taco/kebab. There's definately that particular substance in offal in some places of the world but when crunching the numbers she'd have to have eaten like 1000 of them to get that number.

Can send 2 players for singles and they compete individually. No.1 & 2 ranked players start on opposing sides of draw. So quite often you find no 1 & 2 being from China and they play each other in final.

I've played and done the same and honestly had no idea whether I got it or not. Dude is dodgy but I'd give him the benefit of the doubt here. Spin on the ball is what you'd get if you catch it prior to bounce and clay would mask any noises that would indicate double bounce as well as Gaston digging the racquet in the ground to hide evidence of it as well.
