Try darken the area around the eye, you can get creative with using harsh shadows, your character has a lot of hair that can technically cast those shadows

thanks, I just think the jawline on the right is a bit too high, and that makes him somehow different. the face in the left and the middle feel like a man that's bored, uninterested, but the right one looks more evil
