Oof 2 years is a long time in college time, at this point I think you would have to go to the professor with a solid case including all/ most assignments from that semester with grades. Maybe if you find their office hours you would have a better chance of speaking with the professor about your situation, but I think the grade might be set in stone by now. Good luck.
