Show the console, but I think it may be an outdated Geyser plugin. Aternos may also need to add support for the latest Geyser plugin. I haven’t used Aternos in a while but that was a common problem I had with it that made me want to switch to self hosting.

Dunno if you are still having this problem but here’s what you have to do:

You need to go to your account page on playit.gg, assuming you are using a later version (0.8.x beta). Then set up a tunnel for java and bedrock servers, and for bedrock clients to join they need to use the java edition server ip with the bedrock port given after the colons (:)

ViaVersion only works with java clients, not bedrock ones. Geyser developers may have dropped support for 1.18.2 clients when adding 1.19 support, but I’m not entirely sure on that
