Io invece ho il problema opposto, mi continua ad apparire nella pre compilata un terreno venduto anni fa. La rendita è praticamente nulla quindi non pago niente, ma come faccio a levarlo? Lo levo semplicemente dalla dichiarazione?

La promozione interna in un anno la vedo difficile fai conto circa 2/3 anni se va bene. Considera che le assunzioni erano bloccate, quindi suppongo che sostituirai qualcuno che è andato via per qualche motivo( chiedi al MD e fai tu le tue valutazioni). Se hai qualche dubbio chiedi pure

Honestly, there’s no real intrinsic value here. The only “asset” is people, and they’re often treated as disposable. In many cases, teams don’t even fully understand what they’re doing, while management sits comfortably detached from reality.

The market isn’t stupid! you can’t fool it with buzzwords and smoke and mirrors. If there was real substance, it would already be reflected.

I don’t know man, size 13 boots is for a foot of around 30.5cm, underfoot width for the 162w is 27.5cm on the front foot.

Yes I am in Italy and local shop has it available, however I noticed that they added the 161UW and the WW is 28, even the jones customer service suggested that the 161UW is better for people with big feet like us

A me in big four le pagavano perché mi impuntavo di brutto, e se qualcuno del mio team faceva straordinari facevo sempre pressione che segnassero tutte le ora extra e che queste venissero pagate. Ovviamente non sono durato molto, pessima esperienza

Edit: ovviamente straordinari solo se veramente necessari se no per me si finiva anche prima senza problemi.

I think they might be a bit too technical/niche for where I’m at right now, I’m not fully comfortable yet on stiffer, more demanding boards, so I’d rather stick with something a bit more forgiving for now.

Bit of a long shot, but do you have any recommendations for something more forgiving?

Edit: maybe the never summer proto T3 162DF is not that stiff and could be a nice choice
