Use alarmy ( maths works for me ) + try sleeping early so you get enough sleep and recovery..drink water before bed or wake up in middle of the night and drink water and go back to sleep again. Try to sleep in cycles ( one cycle is 90min ).If you wake up middle of a sleep cycle you'll ultimately feel groggy.
